The Cardinals finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B.

Start where it matters. The Cardinals took Ty Simpson to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They will need Coogan to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Getting Wagner where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
