Fitzgerald should have been long gone. The Panthers pounced, and earned a B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Ryan Fitzgerald tumbling to the Panthers in the 227th overall pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
