You build a draft on nights like this. Cody Simon had no business being available in the 230th pick, and the Panthers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A-.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They will need Mills to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback. They will answer for taking interior defensive lineman early while cornerback, edge rusher and other spots went begging.

In the end it comes back to Mason Graham, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
