The one they had to fix is still broken. The Panthers left wide receiver untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

They will need McGregor to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. On the needs board they went 3 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
