The Saints let Hunter fall and pounced. Final grade: B-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Lee Hunter tumbling to the Saints in Round 3, Pick 9 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

That offensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They will need Lawrence to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
