If confidence were a draft strategy, the Packers would have aced it. Dominic Zvada at No. 255 is 35 spots clear of where he belonged.

Getting Daniels where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
