When a board-topper like Jacob Parrish slides to the 198th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The cost of the Martin reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
