You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Packers did exactly that with Dallas Gant in slot 255.

Getting McGlothern where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
