Overall
B

FutureB-
A respectable, level-headed haul for the Packers: B. The Packers spent real capital to be 40 picks early on Marist Liufau, and the board is going to hold them to it. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Keegan. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
Pick Analysis
Pick25
Rnd1
Cooper DeJean
In the Round 1 slot they get a potential shutdown corner at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick41
Rnd2
Darius Robinson
Darius Robinson at the 41st overall pick is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick58
Rnd2
Kamari Lassiter
A tidy bit of business in Round 2, Pick 26, where Kamari Lassiter graded well above the range. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick88
Rnd3
Bucky Irving
No drama and no debate, Bucky Irving went about where he belonged in pick 88. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick94
Rnd3
Khyree Jackson
Khyree Jackson in pick No. 94 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick126
Rnd4
Marist Liufau
A wild overpay on Marist Liufau in No. 126, the sort that defines a class for the wrong reasons. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick169
Rnd5
Trevor Keegan
They robbed the room for Trevor Keegan here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick176
Rnd6
Drake Nugent
They talked themselves into Drake Nugent at pick 176, and the board did not agree. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick202
Rnd6
Cornelius Johnson
A quiet steal in the 202nd pick: Cornelius Johnson for less than the market said. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick219
Rnd6
Frank Gore Jr.
By-the-book stuff, Frank Gore Jr. at the 219th overall pick squarely in line with his ranking. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick245
Rnd7
Josh Proctor
Josh Proctor in No. 245 is fair value, right on his grade. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Pick255
Rnd7
Taulia Tagovailoa
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Taulia Tagovailoa well ahead of where he belonged. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
