There is conviction, and then there is this. The Packers took Dont'e Thornton Jr. a full 26 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Belton at that price is a win they earned.
