You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Packers did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Trey Hendrickson gives the group a proven body among the projects. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Hit on Derrick Harmon and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
