There is reaching, and then there is Omar Speights at No. 244. The Cowboys jumped the board by 97 and dared it to prove them wrong.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Lassiter steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
