Grand theft in pick 221: the Bills steal Robertson and grade out a D.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bills shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

Reaching for Capehart left real value on the table behind him. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Robertson. Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.

In No. 24 they get the heartbeat of the defense, and a steal at that. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick55 Rnd2 Nyck Harbor
They paid sticker price for Nyck Harbor in the 55th overall pick, and that is fine. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick60 Rnd2 Dillon Thieneman
A reasonable price with a little left over, Dillon Thieneman in the 60th pick. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick88 Rnd3 Eric Singleton Jr.
A tidy bit of business in pick No. 88, where Eric Singleton Jr. graded well above the range. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
