The board owed the Steelers one, and it paid up: Jamari Thrash, the No. 170 name on the board, sitting there at pick No. 237 like a gift left on the doorstep.

If Milton III pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The phones were where this weekend was really won. The Frazier pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at running back and tight end.

That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
