Everything else got attention, and quarterback got none. That is a strange way for the Cardinals to leave a draft. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They banked enough surplus on Murphy II to cover a lot of smaller sins. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
