The Bears found their guy under center in Williams: B.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. The Frazier pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
