The Bears' one glaring miss is edge rusher, a need they left exactly as they found it. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Reaching for Rodriguez left real value on the table behind him. Thomas at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
