Some picks age like wine; Phillip Webb at Round 6, Pick 13 will need to, sitting 149 spots clear of his grade. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The 49ers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
