There is reaching, and then there is Shilo Sanders at No. 41. The Bears jumped the board by 37 and dared it to prove them wrong.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

Bottom line, it will take a lot of luck to make this look better later.
