The Bears answered their biggest question with Williams. Grade: A-.

Somebody in the 75th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Jared Verse, the No. 11 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

Everything downstream of Caleb Williams depends on Caleb Williams, and the building knows it. Corum has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want.

In short, they turned a good board into a better roster, and it shows.
