The Bears lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D-.

Whatever Caleb Williams becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

McMillan falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
