For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Patriots walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

On value alone, Cooper Jr. makes the weekend a net positive. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
