This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Quinn Ewers, the No. 96 name on the board, stolen at No. 205.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Reaching for Jackson left real value on the table behind him. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.
