The Texans cashed the board's mistake on Skattebo: B. Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Cam Skattebo got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at pick 241. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
