The Jets did not so much draft Francisco Mauigoa as overpay for him, 39 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The Pratt steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
