A franchise passer in Williams headlines a D- weekend for the Bears.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bears shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D-.

Caleb Williams gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Hart at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
