Mendoza is the Browns' new face under center. Grade: B+.

The Browns spent the pick that matters most on Fernando Mendoza, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.

The Dowdell pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. On value alone, Ioane makes the weekend a net positive. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
