More right than wrong for the Bears, and a B- to prove it.

The Bears did not so much draft Grayson Murphy as overpay for him, 22 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
