The tape said wait; the Steelers did not. Michael Barrett went at the Round 6 slot, a good 49 picks before the board was ready. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.

The Steelers indulged a want in Fisher while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open. Landing Walker that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
