There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Browns started one anyway for Jacob Rodriguez, 23 picks ahead of schedule. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. However the rest shakes out, Abney II at that price is a win they earned.

The Riley Moss pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
