Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Saints spent the 205th overall pick on Keilan Robinson, a name the board had a full 129 spots lower. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

With cornerback, wide receiver and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Landing Holker that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
