You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Saints did exactly that with Ethan Downs in Round 5, Pick 33.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That Warren pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. The Saints paired the rookies with proven help, Trevon Diggs leading the way.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
