Milroe should have been long gone. The Browns pounced, and earned a A.

You could see the war room lean forward. Jalen Milroe at Round 7, Pick 3 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Very little went wrong, and the A is earned.

They are betting Hamilton proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The veteran additions, Taylor Moton chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Few war rooms will sleep better than this one tonight.
