Hampton should have been long gone. The Cowboys pounced, and earned a B+.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Cowboys were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Hampton. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
