After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Falcons committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

The Jackson pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Mims. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
