The Patriots left with their quarterback, and a B- to match.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Patriots spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

They are betting Wilson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Pearsall value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
