The steal of the weekend belongs to the Rams and Smith-Wade: B-.

The board owed the Rams one, and it paid up: Chau Smith-Wade, the No. 168 name on the board, sitting there at slot 191 like a gift left on the doorstep.

The Rakestraw Jr. pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, tight end and other spots still on the board. They will need Eguakun to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
