The Steelers let Simon fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Steelers were there to profit. Cody Simon, the No. 135 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 231. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
