Somebody took the Steelers to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it.

Reaching for Nugent left real value on the table behind him. Spending an early pick on offensive lineman with interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered.

If Amarius Mims and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
