After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Patriots committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Jackson has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
