Lew should have been long gone. The Browns pounced, and earned a B.

Call it larceny. Connor Lew sat on the board until pick 107, and the Browns did not need to be asked twice. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

A fair-value weekend of trading, no edge to be found.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
