The Saints treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 129th overall pick on Trey Moore a full 142 spots early. Put together, it is a D-.

Skattebo at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close.

The Campbell pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback still on the board. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
