The Cowboys clearly saw something nobody else did in Phillip Webb, taking him 127 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Thornton Jr. at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The Grover Stewart pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
