Every swap seemed to tilt away from the 49ers, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

The Sainristil pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, quarterback and other spots. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The McClellan pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
