Best value of the weekend goes to the 49ers for Edwards: B.

The 49ers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Donovan Edwards fell into the 227th pick. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They are betting Robinson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. Spending an early pick on cornerback with quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
