A weekend that raised as many questions as it answered. The Chargers get a C+.

The Chargers put a flag in the ground for Ethan Downs, 112 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C+.

Getting Brown where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through cornerback.

It nets out as a middle-of-the-pack haul that neither helps nor hurts much.
