Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Bears spent pick 41 on Marcus Dumervil, a name most had 320 spots down the list. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

Turner falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
