Call it larceny. Tez Johnson sat on the board until pick No. 191, and the Broncos did not need to be asked twice.

Borregales has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. It is not that Borregales is a bad player; it is that the Broncos had louder needs to answer first.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
