The 49ers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and TreVeyon Henderson fell into the 111th pick.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Thornton Jr. has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
