The steal of the weekend belongs to the Titans and Hill Jr.: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Titans were there to profit. Anthony Hill Jr., the No. 38 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 69.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. They will need Haynes to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.

Pick Analysis
Pick7 Rnd1 Keldric Faulk
In Round 1, Pick 7 they get a bendy edge with upside. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick38 Rnd2 Mansoor Delane
Mansoor Delane slid further than he should have, and No. 38 is lovely value for the cornerback. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick69 Rnd3 Anthony Hill Jr.
They barely believed it either: Anthony Hill Jr. still on the board at the 69th overall pick. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick104 Rnd4 Deion Burks
A reasonable price with a little left over, Deion Burks in pick No. 104. It fills a real need, too.
Pick185 Rnd6 Isaiah Jatta
Isaiah Jatta at the Round 6 slot is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick226 Rnd7 Jamal Haynes
A reach on Jamal Haynes in pick 226; the board had better options right there. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick238 Rnd7 Khalil Barnes
Circle this one: Khalil Barnes at slot 238 is a fall that decides a draft. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
